1998 - 20th Reunion (May 24-27, 2018)

Hello Y’98,

By now, you should have marked your calendars for our 20th reunion on May 24-27, 2018.  The reunion planning is moving along and we need a little help from you to make it the best reunion ever!

1.     REUNION SURVEY.  We’d love to hear your ideas about how to make this reunion memorable.  Please visit the link below and answer a few short questions.  Your input makes a big difference!

2.     COME AS YOU ARE.  Let’s face it, some of us look much better than our bright college years. Some of us have less hair and a few extra pounds. Some of us have our dream jobs. Some of us still want to know what we will be when we grow up. Some of us are married, with kids. Some of us are perfectly happy never having to deal with spouses or diapers. Some of us want to party like it’s 1999 (or at least 1998). Some of us will call it a night at 8 p.m. Just plan to come back, enjoy time with old friends, make new ones, share your life experiences, hear those of others, and simply celebrate our collective experience as the Yale College Class of 1998.

3.     PRE-REGISTER. If you are considering joining us in May, let everyone know! It’s a great way to let your fellow ‘98ers know that you’re planning to attend; plus it really helps our planning. Here is the link to pre-register, which is non-binding and requires no fee:

4.     GO TO OUR FACEBOOK PAGE.  Check out and post on our reunion Facebook page at: https://www.facebook.com/groups/1731276663838420/

5.     SHARE PROGRAMMING IDEAS.  The University always offers an engaging array of faculty lectures, guided tours, panels, kids’ activities, etc., over reunion weekend.  In addition, we’re excited to host class-specific events such as social gatherings, networking and thematic events featuring our ‘98 classmates. To help us plan, please provide your feedback on the potential events/topics using the Reunion Survey (link above) or by contacting any of us directly.

We’ll be in touch with more updates in the coming months, but please feel free to reach out to us with questions, comments and suggestions in the meantime.  We hope to see you all in New Haven in May!
